Human dignity.
Treat people as individuals of inherent worth, never merely as customers, resources, or sources of revenue.
Creative opportunity.
Support artistic freedom, meaningful participation, appropriate attribution, and opportunities for creators to benefit from their work.
Compassionate technology.
Develop technology that respects autonomy, accessibility, privacy, and informed choice. AI should support human judgment rather than replace human accountability.
Environmental stewardship.
Consider ecological consequences and seek practical ways to reduce harm and protect living systems.
Accountable leadership.
Welcome constructive criticism, communicate transparently, acknowledge mistakes, and take responsibility for correcting them.
Fairness in shared success.
Seek fair compensation, clear agreements, respect for intellectual property, and equitable opportunities for contributors.
Integrity over convenience.
Do not knowingly misrepresent capabilities, achievements, research, or environmental impact. Make promises that can responsibly be fulfilled.

Understanding prosperity
Financial sustainability makes our work possible. It is not our sole measure of success. We also value creativity, trust, knowledge, human well-being, environmental health, and opportunities created for others.
Ask before a major decision.
The addendum’s working implementation procedure asks:
Purpose: What meaningful benefit or opportunity will this create?
Impact: Who benefits, who might be harmed or excluded, and how will risks be reduced?
Creators: Are attribution, consent, intellectual property, and compensation handled fairly?
Agency: Does the product respect privacy, accessibility, user choice, and human escalation where needed?
Planet: What environmental and long-term effects are reasonably foreseeable?
Integrity: Are public claims accurate, supported, and candid about limitations?
Accountability: Who owns follow-up actions, and when will they be reviewed?
Document meaningful trade-offs rather than automatically approving or rejecting projects based on a checklist. The co-founders review material exceptions and may revise this procedure as the company learns.
